Laila Kristjansson

Laila primarily works with mergers and acquisitions, company law, contract law and labour law. She has extensive litigation experience. Laila regularly gives courses and seminars. She is experienced in board obligations, both as a board member and by regularly assisting boards in their work.
Laila has worked as a corporate lawyer since 2000, including in Deloitte and with her own practice, before joining Magnus Legal in 2007.
